• Database — Supabase (securely stores form submissions and related records);
• Email delivery — Resend (sends transactional and, where consented, marketing emails).

These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information to our brokerage where required for a transaction, and to comply with applicable laws, regulations, a legal process, or a lawful request from a public authority.

Because we rely on the service providers named above, your information may be stored or processed on servers located in Canada and/or the United States.
